This is the latest creation of Carwyn Adams, maker of the beautiful Perl Las Blue and Perl Wen. Proof that Golden Cenarth is a superb cheese is evident in that it has now won Supreme Champion at the British Cheese Awards. This doesnt happen by chance.
Golden Cenarth is somewhere between an Epoisses and a Vacherin Mont D’Or, and can be baked in much the same was as the latter to make a fantastic starter for two!
