Green tea that’s light as a feather! Mount Feather is only harvested during the spring. Mount comes from the processed leaves that resemble the mountain peaks of a Chinese ink painting. Feather refers to the sheen of white hair that covers the tea leaves before processing. This tea is loved by many green tea fans and is known as one of the ten best teas in China. Preparation: Add 2 g of Mount Feather to 200 ml of hot water (80 °C) and leave to brew for about 3 – 5 minutes.
