Mint Eastwood – Dark Chocolate & Peppermint

Peppermint and dark chocolate truffle. We don’t like producing cheap fondant based creams, so our peppermint cream is actually made from dark chocolate. It has a fabulously ‘fresh’ peppermint spring on the palate.
